The New Year is now in full swing and those of you that have been with us for a while know that this time of year is always a little busier with new faces. Our community always does a wonderful job of making new athletes feel welcomed and accepted and I want to make sure that you all know that your coaches appreciate it.

Each one of you knows how it feels to be the new person in class who looks up at the whiteboard and has to read it three times before you remember what you’re supposed to be doing for the warm-up, or has to ask the coach a couple times what a front squat is. We’ve all been there. What I love about our community is that you all remember that and then introduce yourselves to the new person so that they don’t feel so lost.

Keep it up guys and gals, there are lots of new CrossFit SAC athletes sure to be coming through the doors this year and you never know which ones of them might be your new workout buddy.
