It’s that time of year again!

Dates have officially been announced for the commencement of registration for the 2014 CrossFit Games Open and it’s coming soon. Registration begins January 15th and just like in years past we’re encouraging EVERYONE at the gym to sign up and be a part of this amazing global fitness phenomenon.

As many of our athletes can attest the Open is a time to put your fitness to the test and push yourself in ways you’ve never even thought of before. Every single year we see people reach new PR’s and higher milestones simply by having to participate in these workouts. This year promises to be no different.

Presumably the format for this years Open will be similar to those in years past. Each week for five weeks CrossFit will release a workout (the first release this year will happen Thursday Feb. 27th) and participating athletes have until Sunday 5pm to complete it.

More info will be dropping soon I’m sure and we’ll keep you all posted here about all the details. But the short of it is that you will need to SIGN UP when registration opens and be ready to buckle up for a great ride!
