Then…
10 Min AMRAP
2 Power Clean & Jerk @ 135/95
2 Burpee Box jump over @ 24/20
4 PC&J
4 BBJO
6 …
6 …
etc. until you reach 10, then start over at 2 reps of each.

We certainly hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday. Now though, it’s time to get back to work!

With that in mind, there are a few things we’d like you all to know as we move forward into the New Year.

1- We will be adding a third Barbell Club on Friday night @ either 6 or 7 pm depending on scheduling. If you’ve wanted to try it out but timing has been a challenge this might be your chance.

2- The first of the year we’ll be rolling out a challenge which will reward those of you who are dedicated to improving your health and fitness. More details to come.

 

3- Towards the end of January, a more comprehensive program we’re calling the Lifestyle Reboot will launch. Keep an eye out for more details to come but rest assured that if you participate in this program, you’re going to kick start your 2014 on the right foot!
