Yes you read that right. Today is designed to be on the heavy side. This is also one of those days when I like to remind people that while being able to perform every single workout we do as RX is always something we want in the back of our athletes mind, that doesn’t mean we expect it every single day.
This is a workout that demands a pretty varied capacity in order to achieve the desired stimulus and if we need to adjust things like, for example, the load of the power clean in order for it to actually be a doable workout, then that’s what we’ll do.
W Push Press 3-3-2-2-1-1-1
G Max rep burpee in 30 sec. Rest 2 Min Repeat until you reach 50 or 5 rounds, which ever comes first.
