Here’s a blast from the past…

***Reminders***

  • We will be closed on Thanksgiving day and the following Friday. We hope that you all have a chance to spend time with loved ones and enjoy some good food, guilt free. If you are planning on going shopping on Black Friday, please remember to use your CrossFit skills and strength for good, and not evil.
  • Saturday (11/30) will be a park WOD. We are hosting a L1 CrossFit Seminar, so don’t come to the gym, instead go to the Jane Steele Park (formerly Hamilton Street Park) located at Myrtle and Hamilton Street. There will be one WOD at 9:30 am. Sunday’s Open Gym will also be cancelled.
  • December 14th is the 4th Annual Ugly Sweater Party and Potluck. Festivities will start around 6pm and go until 9pm. Remember, there are three categories this year: “Ugliest Sweater- unaltered,” “Ugliest Original Sweater” and “Creepiest Sweater.”
