Sometimes it’s easy to forget how diligent and motivated some of the athletes in CrossFit are. Below is a video of Ben Smith who has been a top level Games competitor for a number of years. Notice that he’s training outside with snow on the ground. You’ll also find clips of him working out in his parents garage quite often. Certainly these could be considered less-than-ideal circumstances yet with CrossFit all you really need are some basic equipment and the will to use it!
