This video really addresses many of the criticisms and excuses we hear. From CrossFit being “too intense” to people not wanting to start until they “get in shape,” or who just “can’t find the time,” we have heard it all. It’s nice to see these criticisms and excuses quashed by an Orthopedic surgeon no less, who has seen plenty of injuries resulting from all kinds of sports and everyday occurrences and who probably has a busy schedule of his own. Just as he says in the video, if it’s something that is important to you, you will find time for it. There is nothing more important than your health, keep making it a priority!
