Please take a few minutes to watch this video about benching technique. I know we’ve posted it before, but we don’t bench that often and it will act as a good refresher so that you are that much more prepared when you come into class.
W – Work to a 10 rep max overhead squat
M – 1 mile run, rest 5 min, 800m run, rest 3 min, 400m run
