Just a reminder. On Saturday October 19th we’ll be participating, along with the rest of the CrossFit community worldwide, in the fundraiser workout called Lift Up Luke. We’re doing this in support of world wide autism awareness and specifically because my coaching colleague Josh Everett is putting it on.

Please plan on joining us that day for a short little 5 minute workout to help others!
