B- Max rep sandbag ground to shoulder in 3 min/reps
C- 50ft sled drag in sub 10sec/load
D- 3 broad jump/distance
Today’s programming brings us something a bit different.
We’re going to have four different tests for you, each one measuring something a bit different. Stations will be set up for you to go through these tests in any order and you’ll be encouraged to attempt each of them multiple times. Some will be more grueling than others, and some will involve more technique while others is mostly brute strength. Hopefully they’ll all be a little fun!
