Fitness is not just for the young, but unfortunately as people age there is an expectation that they will become less active, “mellow out” and “slow down.” This is really too bad, because it as we get older that we need to stay active and be that much more adamant about maintaining muscle mass and bone density. Thanks to Charlie for sharing this video.
Here is what Wendy had to say about her Level 1 experience:
I’m really glad that I had this opportunity to attended the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Course. It gave me a great foundation for participating in CrossFit and what CrossFit is all about, and I am excited to share what I learned with people who might want to achieve better health but are intimidated by working with barbells and the such. The course also gave me the tools necessary to master technique  for a number of the  movements  which will definitely help me become a better athlete.
