Then… Max rep @ 60% of best 5 rep

The bench press is a movement we don’t often do at CrossFit SAC. There are many more real world equivalents to standing pressing than there are to lying down. However, that doesn’t mean that every now and then we shouldn’t lay down and push some heavy stuff away from us, and today is that day!
