Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals

***Reminder***
Saturday’s (8/10) class will be held at Jane Steele Park, formerly Hamilton Street Park, at the end of Myrtle from 9:30-10:30. Also Open Gym on Sunday (8/11) will also be cancelled. We are hosting a Level 1 CrossFit seminar and apologize for any inconvenience.

 August is Ring Row Month! If you have been doing pull ups with a band, you will instead be using rings. There are many reasons for this change up, but our main goal is to help increase your pulling strength. If you have unassisted pull ups, nothing will change and those of you who have been working on pull ups during Open Gym are still welcome to work on their pull ups, but during the WOD, we will be using the rings to scale pull ups.
