We are hosting Games viewing party Saturday after the 10 am class. Bring some snacks and hang out  a while.

As the Individual and Team events get underway today, it’s pretty incredible to see how far CrossFit has come and how the Games have grown from weekend get together at a dusty ranch to an event that will be aired on ESPN 2! In some way, we are all part of this growth. Every time you tell a friend or family member about CrossFit, you help to spread a new way of getting fit, but you also share an idea that goes beyond working out. CrossFit has changed the lives of some many of our members (check out the Transformations page), making them not only stronger and healthier, but also making them more confident.

To help celebrate the growth of CrossFit, today’s workout if from the 2008 Games and here is a video of Miranda Oldroyd doing the WOD.
