Today’s workout brings with it something we don’t often give our athletes… a choice. If you were here during the Open this year and would like to re-test your capacity on 12.4 you can. If not, you’re welcome to just do Karen. I say “just” but as we all know this is a bear of a WOD and will test you mentally as well as physically.
