Thursday we will have only a 9am class in observance of Independence Day. If the class sign up is full don’t worry, just come on in!
As usual guys, todays WOD is about pushing ourselves to higher places in our fitness. Many times in CrossFit we are challenged with long lists of high rep activities like a Chipper or Tabata. Or maybe we’re out on the road making a mad dash trying to edge off a precious few minutes or seconds from our last mile.
Point is, is that sometimes it’s nice to just pick up some heavy weights. Some of us count down the days to WOD’s like this. Others may pass because they don’t think they’d do so hot. Either way c’mon down and throw some weight around. You’ll probably surprise yourself. Plus it’ll get you revved up for the Tommy Kono Open on August 17th!
