Leader Board Rules
You may have noticed a higher volume of benchmark workouts recently in an effort to fill up our new leader board. In order to make it on the leader board:

  • The workout must be done prescribed.
  • It must be preformed at CrossFit SAC AND
  • It must be preformed the day that the workout is the WOD.

If you aren’t able to come in on the day of the workout, you can come in and tackle it during Open Gym the next time you are in, however, your score won’t be eligible for the leader board.

We have the leader board as another goal to shoot for and as a way to foster some friendly competition. Just keep in mind that it is a moving target, so come in ready with your A game.
