“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
You might notice a couple unfamiliar faces at the box today. That’s because one of our resident CrossFit families is celebrating some big news. Lisa Horst (who trains with us along with her husband Greg and son Dom) is now a graduate of Boise State’s nursing program!
Because of this she has some family coming in to visit the box and workout, as always we know you all will be welcoming and friendly. Interesting to note is the fact that one of the visitors is actually the person who dragged Greg into the box for his very first workout over two years ago. It’s safe to say there have been some changes both in Greg and in our gym since then.
So if you get a chance to workout with Lisa in the next few days, be sure to congratulate her on her graduation!
