Fight Gone Bad is one of the early benchmark workouts created by the founder and CEO of CrossFit Greg Glassman (known as Coach to most CrossFitters). The video below is of a recent talk Coach gave about business to the Illinois Policy Institute.

Yes, it’s very long but if you skip ahead to about the 48 minute mark you’ll catch the gist of it as well as some pretty impact full.
