Nutrition Talk!

Coming soon, June 15th to be exact, I’ll be giving about an hour long talk on Nutrition after the Saturday morning classes. This is of course free of charge to both members and non-members. We really encourage all of you who are struggling with your food, or have hit a sticking point in your training, to stick around and hang out with us while we talk about Nutrition.

Please sign up for this lecture ahead of time so that we know about how many people to expect, but if sign ups are full don’t let that keep you away.
