For time and total squats:

Squat 5 intervals of 20 seconds on 10 off,
Run 400 meters,

Squat 4 intervals of 20 seconds on 10 off,
Run 400 meters,

Squat 3 intervals of 20 seconds on 10 off,
Run 400 meters,

Squat 2 intervals of 20 seconds on 10 off,
Run 400 meters,

Squat 1 interval of 20 seconds.

Regional group

Memorial Day weekend was the perfect date to hold  the Northern
California CrossFit Regional Games right here in our backyard. What
better date to commemorate our soldiers who fought for our freedoms.
Santa Rosa provided their beautiful fairgrounds to host the event.

I continue to be amazed by the feats of the athletes able to compete
in the Regionals. Being able to watch both the men and women up close
is totally inspirational. Athletes participated in some of the hardest
workouts you could imagine. All of the athletes were friendly and
engaged their fans the entire day. The staff and volunteers worked
hard to keep the event moving smoothly behind the scenes.

After watching this year’s Regionals  in Santa Rosa I have a renewed
enthusiasm to work harder.

CrossFit is an incredibly supportive sport and I have to admit, I’m
totally addicted.
