We have done “Helen” quite a few times in the last year. The cool thing about getting to re-do a WOD is that you can track your progress. It’s all there in black and white. On the other hand, it’s easy to get a little mental and put undue pressure on yourself to PR, or to keep PR’ing. Remember, this is play time! Try your hardest and give it your all, and if you don’t PR, it’s okay, chances are we will do the WOD again soon.
