Max effort 400m run
See 8/23/12, 9/16/11
Demo Party Saturday! We will have a 9am and 10am class (as well as BBC) but we will run class in heats, much like we did during the Opens. If you need to leave after, that’s fine, but if you can stick around and help us knock stuff down, it would be much appreciated.
Sunday April 28th from 10am to 12 we will be hosting a double under seminar from the folks at jumpNrope. The cost is just $45 and it’s sure to be a good time. If those pesky double unders are something that always seems to give you tourettes, maybe you have a date with us on the 28th. To sign up, follow this link
Every once in a while, I stumble upon a trend or phenomenon of which I was completely oblivious. Today was such a day. A friend had posted the the top YouTube video on Facebook, and it just so happened to be relevant to the WOD, so I thought it would be funny to post on the blog. However, after searching for this video on YouTube, I discovered that there are several remakes of this video and variations on it. Is it the Harlem Shake for the running -inclined? I don’t know… One this is true though, running doesn’t always come naturally to people. It requires technique and practice, not just putting in hours pounding the pavement.
