Workout 13.5
4 minute AMRAP of:
15 Thrusters (100 / 65 lbs)
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
*4 minute bonus for every 90 reps (3 rounds) completed.

Well, I didn’t think it could be done. But sure enough, leave it to Dave Castro to take a workout that is known for it’s sheer ability to put you on your butt and make into an ascending ladder. Then, the following year mutate it into the 13.5 WOD that I am affectionately referring to as “Fran-kenstein” (Not my word). These few weeks have been much to witness as we have fought, sweat, and some us even cried a little (inside and out) to take on the world’s best and proudly say that can take whatever they can dish out. Some of us found that we had more in us than we thought. I’ve seen more PR’s and new doors opening in the last 4 weeks than I have in the last two years in fitness. I’m so proud of you all. Now it comes down to this last piece. For some, we’re out to make some legit scores. Others just hope to get that first chest-to-bar to happen. In any case, let’s show everyone out there the same power, determination, guts and spirit that we’ve been bringing this whole time. Let’s end this open at full speed!! Good luck and as
