Today marks the beginning of a bit of an experiment in our programming at the box. You may notice some things that we haven’t done before or haven’t done in quite a while. With that said keep in mind that we define CrossFit by three things. High intensity is certainly a cornerstone of what we do as are functional movements, but constant variance is also included in that. As such it’s important that we vary as much as we can as often as we can in order to illicit the broadest GPP (general physical preparedness) as possible.
So… buckle up for some fun in the coming weeks as we find out how well the variety we’ve been using has prepared us to tackle the variety that’s on the way.
