We have a couple of announcements for the blog today.
1st- Next Saturday, March 23rd we will be hosting a BBQ for all CrossFit SAC members as well as friends and family. The grill will be fired up and you’re all welcome to come on out and hang out with us as long as you’d like. All we ask is that you bring something to eat. Either something to be grilled (i.e. protein), or a side dish or some type of dessert. There’s no need to abide by any “Paleo” rules, just bring some good food out that lots of people can enjoy.
2nd- Next week, March 19-20-21 I will be hosting two coaches from UNR that are coming down to do some training. It would be great to have some bodies for them to practice coaching and seeing faults with so this is an open invitation to any members that would like to attend between the hours of 12 and 2 those days. It’s a great opportunity to get some practice with some movements and who knows you might just learn something. There is no charge for attendance we only ask that you can stay for the entire two hours. Please understand also that the goal is to help these coaches hone their skills above all else.
