“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds
of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are
push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8
intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
It’s amazing to me how far CrossFit has reached in such a short time. Right now, Latin America is the FASTEST growing region in the world with new CrossFit gyms popping up down there nearly on a weekly basis. It just goes to show that when you create something really special it transcends geographical and cultural boundaries.
Today’s video is from CrossFit Tuluka in Buenos Aries. I happen to have a friend and colleague who has relocated to work at this gym to fulfill a lifelong goal of living in a Spanish speaking country. Still more proof that CrossFit can make dreams come true!
So today, let’s get some motivation from another continent and use that to push through for 20 more seconds.
