Sometimes it  is challenging to come up with a blog topic. Sure, I could write more about the Food Challenge or about the Open Sectionals, but I also don’t want to sound like a broken record. Fortunately, I came across this quote:

“Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you.” Ralph Waldo Emerson

Take a moment and reflect upon this.

This can be applied to life in and out of the gym; to both your physical self and your emotional/spiritual self.

Maybe it means going to the box more often, or finishing the Food Challenge strong. How about ungluing yourself (or the family) from the computer/iPhone/iPad in the evenings?

How are you going to make the most of yourself today? This week? This year?
