Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatches 75/45 (45/35 Masters Men/Women 55+)
30 Snatch 135/75 (75/55)
30 Snatch 165/100 (100/75)
As many reps as possible 210/120 (120/90)
We will be at CrossFit Roseville today, and starting earlier than our normal class time, with the WOD briefing getting underway at 8:30. Make sure you bring tape and anything else you might think you need (ie Oly shoes, wrist wraps, grips). Posted below is the WOD standards / WOD demo video. We will go over specifics and any questions you might have, but please be familiar with the required range of motion and movement standards. We’re looking forward to another great inter-gym WOD, so come prepared to have fun!
