Today day marks the first day of the Food and Fitness Challenge. The WOD posted above is the fitness challenge portion and will be retested at the end of the challenge (last time the retest WOD was Fight Gone Bad, so it could be much worse). This will also be a free class IF you are participating in the challenge and you’ve already attended your three classes for the week. Don’t worry, the hotdog suit penalty will not apply.  If you can’t make it in today, please make arrangements to make up the WOD and take measurements by Wednesday. I’m excited to see how the team aspect will take shape and hope that you guys will help each other to stay motivated and on track.

This month is about starting new habits, like eating breakfast, or ditching the soda.  It might be hard at first, and you might want to give up, but nothing worth doing is easy and taking care of your health is definitely worth doing. Keep a positive mindset and don’t be afraid to reach out to your team members and coaches if you have questions or are feeling unmotivated.
