Keep your eyes peeled folks for the first Food Challenge of 2013. Details and plans are currently coming together from the coaching staff and we’ll soon be able to let you know what all is involved. Needless to say the overall goal is always to help people have a better understanding of how their food affects their performance, body composition and overall health. In order to achieve that understanding there will have to be some personal experimentation and accountability attached.
