50 Pull-ups
75 Sit-ups
50 Overhead Squat @ 75/55
75 Double-unders
Yes, this is the actual workout. Just like any other WOD, we will scale accordingly.
***ATTENTION***
Saturday Jan 12 we will be hosting CrossFit Roseville just as they hosted us last month. Once again we will be preparing ourselves for the upcoming CrossFit Open by completing a prior Open WOD. Come early and be prepared to stick around to judge and cheer. Sign up for class as normal, don’t worry if you already did your third class for the week, this class is free.
