Alright, I hope everyone has enjoyed their day of merriment and rest because it’s time to get back to work! The new year is quickly approaching which means it will soon be a time for resolutions and goal setting. Nothing new to our members! For my money there’s no time of year when more people set more unrealistic, unreachable, or when you get down to it unnecessary goals than right about now. Most people don’t think much about how exactly to set a goal, what sort of parameters should be in place or how loftily they should set their sights. Over the next week or so we’ll be talking about goal setting with our sights on the next year and what you all hope to achieve.

So start spending some time now thinking about what it is you really want and let’s set about shooting for it.
