If there’s anything I’ve learned from the time I’ve spent on the road lately it’s that CrossFit is a universal language, understood all around the world. It’s truly amazing to travel to different countries separated from my world by distance, language and culture yet still be able to speak the common language of human movement. We all need the ability to squat, to put things overhead, to be able to move our own bodies through space. When we boil it down that’s all we do in the gym every day, we work on being better at the things we have to do every day.

We work on getting better at life.

This fact transcends any barriers that may exist through distance, language and culture because it is based on the inescapable fundamentals of the human condition. I am so grateful to be able to share these truths in our gym and when I travel. It’s such an amazing thing to watch people improve their lives through movement, through fitness.

So keep it up folks, keep getting better at life and keep connecting with humanity by using CrossFit!
