Our month of Benchmark WOD’s is almost over folks, just one more to put the cherry on top and it’s a doozy. Today is going to test you mentally as well as physically since it’s a time domain (30 minutes) that we don’t spend much time in. It’s going to be great practice in maintaining that midline rep after rep of the deadlift, as well as the push up and being able to push through the box jumps straight through each round.
