Thanksgiving is almost here. It’s a time to take a few days off school or work and enjoy your family. It’s a time to give thanks for all the good things going on in your life and reflect on how lucky we are. It’s NOT a time to count the ounces of stuffing you eat or skip the pumpkin pie because it’s not Paleo. Don’t be the person who scares the rest of your family into never wanting to try CrossFit because you’re such a food zealot that you won’t have any candied sweet potatoes or gravy because there’s sugar in it.

Enjoy this time! There are 364 other days of the year to get back on track and lock down your food until Thanksgiving rears it’s gluttonous head again, you’ll be OK.

That said… we are open again on Saturday, and it’s going to be a GOOD DAY!
