Not long ago I asked how many of you would like to be a part of a special group dedicated to getting their first pull up. Well here it is folks. For the next few months we’ll be offering “supplemental” programming to those of you interested in either getting your first or improving upon your pull ups. This extra work will be performed either before or after the WOD so it may require you to stick around a bit after class or get there extra early. Either way this extra work will take into account the programming for the week and will be specifically designed to improve pull up strength.
