Today marks the 2 year anniversary of two of our most committed members. For many of you on your first day with us they were sure to walk up, introduce themselves to you and welcome you to our little family. We often speak about our community on this blog and the feeling of family that we work hard to impart on our members, well these two do as much as anyone to foster that feeling of community by welcoming and encouraging people every day they’re in the gym.

If you haven’t guessed it yet I’m talking about our very own Cheryl and Gerald! Congrats to the two of you for all the hard work you’ve put in over the years with us and all the good will you’ve built within our community.

CrossFit SAC is lucky to have you two, we wouldn’t be the same without the energy, encouragement and overall awesomeness you bring with you in that big white truck every day!

Now, check out the video below and tell me that it wouldn’t be cool to have this type of body weight strength!
