Ok, today’s the day. Today’s the day that all those kids in their costumes are going to come traipsing up to your door to get their sugary treat fix from you. You have a choice to make today. Are you going to keep all the excess candy in your house? All the candy that the trick-or-treaters didn’t take, will that be yours? Will that candy help you meet the goals you set for yourself when you decided to walk into our roll up doors that first day? We both know the answer to that question don’t we.

So what to do with all that excess candy you might ask?

Bring it on to the gym, I’m happy to dispose of it for you!
