“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.
There is no rest between exercises.
Just in case you missed it when we put it up on Facebook, here’s the video from Saturday’s Barbells for Boobs event. This turned out to be a great event not only for our community but as a fundraiser as well and we have you all to thank for that!
These events we run are meant to be fun but they’re also meant to promote the community aspect of our little CrossFit gym. As many of you know the community here is a huge part of what we do and it plays a big part in the success of the individuals that train here. As the saying goes “no man (or woman) is an island” so the camaraderie and competition built within these walls serves to push us all to be better every day.
If you’ve avoided the events we put on for any reason in the past I highly encourage you to put your concerns aside and show up with an open mind and a smile and see how much fun you can have while also improving your fitness.
