We’re looking forward to another great Saturday WOD! Just remember, we have class sign ups for a reason. Last week we were able to accommodate everyone who showed up, but that won’t always be the case. To help avoid future scenarios, we have come up with some good ol’ fashioned motivational consequences. As you may have learned by now, this does not necessarily mean burpees. There will be a grace period of friendly reminders. After that, well, just show up for class without signing up and see what happens….
