It’s that time of year again… the time of year for Barbells for Boobs! Mark this date on your calendar Saturday October 20th because that’s the day it’s going down. Just like last year we’ll be running heats of the workout all morning until everyone that wants to participate has run through. Come early and stay late to cheer on your fellow CrossFitters as we WOD for a good cause during breast cancer awareness month.

So plan to be here on the 20th this month for an all around good time in support of a good cause. We’ll also be firing up the BBQ so if you’ve got some meat type things you’d like to cook up and share please bring them on in. Friends and family are more than welcome as well since this will be a great opportunity to show them what we do and what we’re about.
